Registrar's Office provides the Academic records for students / Alumni of all Degree Equivalent and Certificate programmes at ISB.
Issue of Certificate/Transcripts
The student will receive a Digitally Certified Certificate and Transcript on successful completion of the Programme at the end of the year after the Graduation Day and after meeting all financial obligations with the School. We will issue your Certificate and Transcript through "Digitary" website. Digitary is a secure online service that allows organisations to issue secure digital records online, so that the subjects of those records can access and share them on the web with third parties. This eliminates the hassle associated with having to produce original paper documents.
The student will receive an email (on their ISB email id) with the login credentials. Students can view, print and share the document. This facility will help them having Life-long access to the document, and can be accessed from any part of the world.
Certificates for Outgoing International Exchange students - PGP
The Certificate and Transcript for the students who are on Outgoing International exchange programme will be issued only after the completion of the course requirements in the Exchange school and after the receipt of the Transcript from the Exchange school.
Transcripts for Incoming International Exchange students - PGP
The Transcripts for the Incoming International Exchange students will be issued soon after the CGPA is released for the Term that they are on the Exchange programme in ISB.

Please order for the Academic records by clicking the tab below “Order for Academic Record”. You will be required to login with your student/ Alum ID to authenticate yourself and the password is the password of your ISB email id. This is to ensure confidentiality of education records.
The portal will walk you through the process of placing an order, including delivery options and fees (see below). You may order as many records as you like in a single session.
Academic records can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Record requests are processed in the order they are received twice a day during business hours. That is, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Requests received after 1:00 P.M. are processed the next business day. Requests that are placed during holidays will be processed in the order they are received when the office reopens.
Email notifications are sent to the requester after orders are received and processed by the Registrar's Office. You can also track the status of your requests by logging in to the Registrar's Office portal. NOTE: Graduates of PGP from Class of 2016, PGPAMX and MFAB Class of 2015 and graduates of all programmes from the academic year 2016-17, can view / print and share their records to third parties through Digitary secure website. Recipients will receive an email with the link to the documents. The time frame for the access to view, print, and save the PDF can be determined by the graduate while sharing the document with third parties. Forwarded copies are digitally certified. We encourage and recommend using this feature of Digitary as it is secure option of sharing academic records. Many universities and Employers in India and Abroad accept the documents shared through Digitary.
Record Requests placed through the Registrar's Office portal will only be accepted
Records will be mailed to the delivery address mentioned in the form, unless otherwise specified.
Hold for Pick-Up
The Academic Records order may be designated as “Hold For Pick-Up.” The records may be picked up at the Registrar's Office located in the Academic Center Main Building, Room 1014, AC 1 CY Level, Hyderabad Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad during business hours (Mon – Fri 8.00 am to 5.00 pm) on working days.
Photo identification is required to pick-up Academic Records.
Duplicate Certificate and Transcript Fees
The Charge for a duplicate certificate is Rs 2000/- .
The charge for the first copy of the transcript Rs 500/- and Rs 100 for each additional copy.
Courier Charges: Rs 50 towards domestic courier and Rs 1000 towards international courier.
